DRATINI
Clair's Dratini evolved into Clair's Dragonair just after Team Rocket attempted to steal it. None of its moves as a Dratini were confirmed as none were commanded to be used till after it evolved.
DRAGONAIR
Clair's Dratini evolved into Dragonair just after Team Rocket attempted to steal it.
GYARADOS
Clair's Gyarados was trying to protect Dratini when Ash and his friends went to see the Dratini resting by the lake.
DRAGONITE
Clair's Dragonite is the evolved form of Clair's Dragonair. It was sleeping in meadow when Iris' Dragonite was sent to find it. Iris' Dragonite crushed a flower in the meadow near Clair's Dragonite and Clair's Dragonite got mad at it for doing so. The two of them fought from that point on.
KINGDRA
Clair's Kingdra was the first Pokémon she sent out during her gym match against Ash.
DUDDRIGON
Clair's Druddigon was first revealed in the Japanese opening Summery Slope. It is an alternate colored (shiny) Duddrigon.


Manga
DRAGONAIR
Dragonair is Clair's first known Pokémon that she had ever since it was a Dratini. It was first seen being used to battle Ryu's Seadra and won.
KINGDRA
Kingdra is Clair's second known Pokémon. It was first seen following its Trainer as they approached the Dragon's Den.
